The heart of NLISIS Chromatography is formed by a cooperation of 7 partners, representing a rich combination of skills and expertise in chromatography, electronics, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, innovation management and finance.
Initially, the main expertise came from Wil van Egmond (former owner and CEO of ATAS) and Hans-Gerd Janssen (University of Amsterdam and Unilever R&D), who both have an impressive track record in chromatography. The other 5 members (a.o. SIMAC, Total Support, Limetree Business Refreshment) have completely different backgrounds, which turned out to be very effective in solving some persistent issues in chromatography. The majority of the group does not carry around 50 years of GC-heritage. That makes it easier for them to break patterns and introduce new solving principles.
